Pro membership (monthly and annual)
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started.
Courses
- Self-paced courses: full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Live workshops and cohorts: full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date. After that, you can transfer to a later batch.
- Certificates already issued are revoked when a course is refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@designhubindia.org with your registered email address and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
